Bowling Jerseys and other Apparel

All jerseys are custom and made to order.  Please allow up to 14 days for order to be shipped.  If you have a time-sensitive request, please contact us directly to ensure a timely completion.

Once your order is placed, you will receive a mock-up of your request via email.  We cannot complete your order without a written approval. Please be sure to use an email address that is accessible.  If you do not receive an email within 3 business days, please contact us directly.

Upon receipt of your approval, production begins within the next 24 hours. Any changes thereafter will incur a $20 service charge and your project will need to be re-approved.

Items will be shipped to the address provided at the time of purchase.

ALL SALES on personalized items ARE FINAL. We cannot refund or permit returns on items that have been personalized with name and/or team information.  Please verify your garment size and/or fabric carefully before finalizing your purchase. Please visit our NOTES page for details.

Sales on non-personalized items can be returned and refunded with a 15% restocking fee and must have original store tags and show no signs of wear.  It is the customer's responsibility to return item.  Returns must be authorized and items must be received within 14 days of approval.  

In the event you received damaged or defective items, please submit a Refund Request immediately after receipt and include photos of defect.  We will provide a return label and replacement item as soon as reasonably possible.

Tournaments and Tournament Prizes

A 4% credit card fee is automatically added to any online purchase(s) of Tournament Entry and Tournament Sidepots.  Online purchases are permitted up to 1 week before the date of the tournament.  

In the event a refund is requested, monies will be returned to the credit card on file at the time of purchase less the 4% credit card fee.  Any requests for refunds must be made 1 week or more in advance of tournament date.  Please allow up to 5-7 business days for refund.

NOTE: The non-refundable deposit required by each tournament is not refundable.  Any monies in excess will be refunded as stated above.
